Terms & Conditions of Sale
Payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We accept paypal payments to: sales@bigreptileworld.com
We also accept bank wire transfers (email us at info@bigreptileworld.com) for details on how to wire funds to us.
Changing or Cancelling an order:
Once an order is submitted on our online system on or over the phone it is a commitment to purchase. We will do our best to accommodate an "after order" request but we take absolutely no responsibility for being able to modify or cancel an order.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it for a refund, exchange or credit. All returns must be made 14 days from date of purchase. Any product not in original packaging or in sellable condition will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, return items that are received back damaged are not refundable. Please make sure to insure your return as you are fully responsibile for making any claim to the shipper you used for the return.
Original Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable and shipping costs for the return of any item/s is the full responsibility of the customer.
Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Products:
These items must be reported by the next business day. After the next business day, we cannot be held responsible. You MUST keep all your packaging materials and original shipping box with UPS label in order for us to file a claim. Failure to do so will forfeit any damage claim.
Legal:
Where products are covered by state & local legislation, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they conform to all federal, state and local laws. We will under no circumstances be held liable if you order a product from our online store and the product is not allowed to be shipped to or used in your state, county or area.
Privacy:
We collect personal infomation in order to ship products and to let you know about new products and offers. We will not sell or rent your personal infomation to anyone outside our company.
